The Eye of Delight

This Eye of Delight is a mouth watering drink with L & P, maple syrup, whipped cream and apple. The divine whipped cream with slices of apple is a perfect topping for a tasty mocktail on a sunny summer's day. It is named because the whipped cream resembles the eye of delight.

Ingredients:

• 1 can whipped cream
• 185ml of L&P
• 65ml of maple syrup
• Half an apple

Method

• Grab one glass and pour 180 ml of L&P in.
• Add 65ml of maple syrup and stir with spoon.
• Put apple in ice shaver.
• Place apple in drink.
• Make a big swirl of whipped cream.
